  One of the better franchises I've been to, clean store & professional staff. Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star was my bagel wasn't right, but hey what can you do.

  Most of the staff is great. There is one guy who never fails to have attitude. Breakfast sandwiches are made with bagels that have a very rubbery texture which is odd. Very hard to eat, much less enjoy. Great coffee though so I just avoid the food products now. The manager is great as are most of her employees. If they could only see how rude the younger guy is to the customers......

  I stopped by this morning with my coupon
  They don't even accept your coupons anymore they just use their computer and then you that's all whatever coupons we have they don't give you for that price then please stop sending coupons to people with you guys lying
